Kathy has been an intricate part of the WTI team since 2019. As the Contract Analyst, she provides excellent discernment in processing proposals. Bailey Sulcer has interned with WTI throughout her four years of college and has been a great asset to our Corporate office. Bailey Sulcer came on board full time in 2019 after graduating Magna Cum Laude at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). She has returned to WTI and has supported our Executive Management Team through establishing new processes for marketing, multimedia design and overall growth of our company.
