Charles Sulcer is the Executive Vice President at WILL Technology, Inc. (WTI) hired in 2003 with the responsibility of overseeing all finance and contracts administration. He also possesses the capability of effectively facilitating classification management in the disciplines of industrial security, information security, personnel security, physical security, Government-designated unclassified information, and intellectual property. His adept knowledge in facility and personnel security has afforded him an opportunity to proficiently administer an array of security services, from conducting pre-screenings and background investigations to assessing vulnerabilities regarding data and technology security.
